Event Context

An intimate, high-energy 80-person livestream party in an NYC apartment featuring wine tasting and space exploration presentations.

Scope & Key Responsibilities

* 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Setup Capture): Photograph the pre-event setup, venue decor, wine displays, tech setup, and environmental details before guests arrive.

* 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Event Coverage): Capture guest arrivals, key presentation moments, interactive experiences, candid guest interactions, and overall moods/vibe throughout the evening.

* Same-Evening Delivery: Upload all raw/select image files directly to a provided link the same evening following the event for immediate social media posting.

Equipment & Technical Requirements

* Professional full-frame camera setup capable of handling indoor/ambient lighting environments.

* Selection of fast lenses suited for low-light/indoor venue spaces (e.g., 24-70mm f/2.8, 35mm/50mm prime lenses).

* On-camera flash or compact lighting gear for fill light where appropriate.

Qualifications

* Must be local to NYC (no travelers).

* Proven experience in event photography, candidate coverage, and fast-turnaround image delivery.

* Strong ability to work discreetly in a compact apartment venue while capturing dynamic moments.
