Event Context

An intimate, high-energy 80-person livestream party in an NYC apartment featuring wine tasting, space exploration presentations, and a live broadcast. It’s going to be a fun event with a great crowd of people!

Scope & Key Responsibilities

* Light Setup & Prep (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Help tidy up the apartment venue, set up and stock the bar area, assist with livestream/AV setup as needed, and prep guest areas during pre-event checks.

* Host Support & VIP Hospitality: Assist the event host in executing all of their initiatives, ensuring high-profile guests, influencers, and VIP clients receive attentive, high-touch support throughout the night.

* Event Operations & Floater Support (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Proactively step in across various roles during the live party to support production needs, assist around the bar, and keep overall operations running smoothly with discretion and professionalism.

* Tear-Down & Clean-Up (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Assist with complete post-event breakdown, load-out, trash management, and restoring the apartment venue to pristine condition.

Qualifications & Key Traits

* VIP & Influencer Experience (Required): Proven experience catering to and managing high-profile guests, influencers, and VIP clients in fast-paced event settings.

* High Anticipation & Proactivity: Ability to foresee needs before they arise and jump in without needing constant direction—anticipation is key!

* Upbeat & Adaptable: Positive, high-energy, discrete, and solution-oriented attitude from light setup through final clean-up.

* NYC Local: Must reside in/near NYC with guaranteed on-site availability for the full 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift on November 14, 2026.
