Provide onsite artist-relations support for Escape Halloween 2026 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino.

Responsibilities:

• Greet artists and crew when they arrive at the assigned stage.
• Coordinate with the artist compound team to bring artists from their dressing rooms at the appropriate time.
• Remain visible and available to tour managers, artists, crew, and their guests throughout the event.
• Communicate with hospitality regarding rider updates and items needed at the stage.
• Coordinate with the Stage Manager regarding stage access and credential requirements.
• Confirm that photographers and videographers have the appropriate credentials.
• Escalate access, personnel, or artist-related issues to the Artist Relations Manager.
• Help keep the stage and backstage experience organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Return hospitality items from the stage at the end of each night.

Requirements:

• At least two years of artist-relations or comparable live-event experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, calm, and helpful attitude in a fast-paced festival environment.
• Comfortable using radios and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in loud, crowded environments and changing outdoor temperatures.
• Available for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday hours as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
