Role Overview

Happily is looking for three unpaid Shadow Producer Interns to support our lead production team for an upcoming live, in-person event. In this hands-on internship, you will help keep the production organized by handling essential day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks, while gaining front-row experience in how high-level remote teams plan and execute live events.

Events are dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving. We are looking for adaptable, solution-oriented interns who thrive in high-energy environments, welcome unexpected changes, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to creative problem-solving.

This is an ideal learning opportunity for individuals who are new to the event industry, students, early-career professionals, or anyone eager to learn live production workflows from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Support: Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, task lists, and production documents.
• Timeline Management: Keep track of timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communication & Outreach: Assist with basic correspondence, cross-team communication, and routine stakeholder contact.
• Agile Task Execution: Step in to handle fast-turnaround administrative and operational tasks as project needs shift.
