Hi, I'm Justin!

I spent six years at The Go Game producing team-building events for companies like EA, Microsoft, Netflix, and Sony. In 2025 alone I produced 1,170 client events, most of them fully remote. A lot of my job was the part guests never see. I managed a bench of up to 100 virtual hosts, onboarded some of them myself, and helped build the system we used to match hosts to events. I also built out the internal knowledge base so hosts and producers could find answers without waiting on someone. I was the person everything routed through: the team, the tools, and the client communication. That's the work I like most, keeping a lot of moving pieces working together so the event just lands. Earlier in my career I worked sales at a Sprint store, where I was the top seller more than once. A lot of my producer work was client-facing too. I ran Sun Life Canada’s company-wide tournament through our agency partner, The Idea Hunter, five years in a row. I know my way around HubSpot.
